I was recently promoted to "Marketing Director" at Damascus Homes. What does this mean? Not much. I'll still take out trash on occasion, dig holes, use a drill, hammer and tape measure and stay late to help with whatever is needed. It's really just a name change. My title for the last 3 years was "Field Marketing Coordinator." Titles aren't really important, but it's nice to move on from having the same title for 3 years. A BIG THANKS to the peeps that trained me along the way and taught me to do everything with excellence and a good attitude.
Always be willing to learn, fight, work hard and be honest.
